Temporary set-up and load test of the 2 - 40' arches.
The bridge disassembled again and bundled, ready for shipment.
The 40' bridge on its way to MA.
2 weeks later in MA:
The weather cooperated beautifully. Once an arch was put up, we were able
to hold it in place by nailing boards into the ice. I couldn't imagine
putting this up in the summer.
Herb really enjoyed himself and everything
went quite smoothly. The decking and the ends will go on a little at a
time.
Thanks for everything - we love it! We'll send you a picture or 2 of the
completed bridge.
