Brian finished his Eagle project bridge.
We did the footings first at the site, you can see the old bridge that the bridge replaced. We used the old bridge to help in assembly until the last, when it was removed.

Next the arches pieces were cut and the arches assembled at our house.
We dis-assembled them and took them to the site on a trailer,
there we re-assembled the arches, using the old bridge as an aid.
The deck was put on,
then the handrails were done.
Finally we finished it!!!
It is quite a bridge.
The camp lake was a beautiful site to work at.

It took eight work days and 250 man-hours of work. Brian had to keep up with the work hours. He had about 20 different scouts and adults work on it. A local lumber company made a generous donation of 1/3 of the lumber cost, and then sold Brian the rest of the lumber at cost. The final cost was about $800 dollars US.
