Bolt the arch segments together, at the crossings, with 7 inch bolts.

Bolt the joists to the arch peaks using 8½ inch bolts with their heads on the inside of the arch.

Add posts on the outside of the arch. Put railings on top of posts.

Add decking and you're done.
