• After many years of frustration, I've finally worked out techniques to allow me to offer small scale models of the Rainbow Bridge. • Fabricating bridges in miniature is much more difficult than working in full size because of the micrometer precision required.

• These models are available completely assembled • or as a kit, • Arches and railings are partially assembled. • 2mm stainless steel bolts, nuts, washers and glue are included.

• All parts of the bridge are made of oak. • The deck is made of red cedar.

• The structure is bolted together, just as is the full-sized bridge.

• Everything fits together very nicely which, at that scale, is a major accomplishment, considering that each part is wood, individually cut and drilled by hand, not punched plastic perfection.

• Each piece is a perfect miniature replica of the full size bridge.

• Scale is only determinable by handrail height. This model has 2" high railings which suggest a scale of about 1/20. A 1" high rail, perhaps with a wider deck, would suggest a scale of 1/40 ~ 1/60.

• Load test. (Do not try this at home :-)
